It’s just takes off the ridged ends so ur ends were dry and crunchy it can’t tell the difference in dry ands and split ends

but doesnt it really take off split ends maybe coz ur ends were worse on tht side ? i know with my hair i bleach it and have alot of dead ends x

I straightened my hair then went through it so it literally only takes frazzle ends off. won't take length off if u straighten 1st
