I have no cartilage in that knee and doing the second exercise where I pull my heel towards my bottom. I just can’t do it. It won’t reach it so painful. What do I do to get that stretch?

I don’t know if my heel will ever touch my bum again 🤦♂️I have been doing these exercises it’s helps but the cracking in my knee aren’t helping it’s so painful after my meniscus surgery
