@lowcarbstateofmind: cooking for my dad for his birthday 😋 rib recipe 👇🏻 - 1 rack baby back ribs - rib seasoning/rub (im using sweet preacher by fire & smoke & smoked paprika) - yellow mustard - Bbq sauce (im using GHughs sweet heat) 1. Preheat oven to 275° 2. Dry off ribs & remove the membrane 3. Coat lightly in yellow mustard 4. Coat each side in seasonings and gently press the seasoning into ribs with your hands before flipping and seasoning the opposite side 5. Bake at 275° for 4 hours 6. Flip and cook with the ribs facing up for 20-30 min until they develop a little bit of a crust 7. Coat the top side in bbq seasoning when finished and let sit for 10 min to let the bbq sauce adhere to the ribs If you guys try this tag me so I can see 😍
