As one who was raised with a conventional bidet (resembled a toilet and it sat beside one), one uses the hands to cleanse. But now, a toilet attached handset bidet will have good water pressure, hand meddling is not required or needed. These portable bidets are only good and useful for traveling purposes unless you’re home is not equipped with a handset bidet. If not, buy one at Amazon for $30 and have your plumber install it.
