I was talking to a customer of mine yesterday and he said one of his mates went to work for a well know UK home builder. Forman greeted by saying we want quantity not quantity from you. Says it all!

OK everyone. The standards are down because of the prices given to trade to build them. Pay peanuts etc... Also, CITB, CSCS..the list is endless and to be frank, we just don't care anymore.

Work on new builds every day, never see work as bad as this. It depends entirely on the contractor and the tradies carrying out the work
