I work from home. Every morning I get to make breakfast with my kids and go to the park with them on my lunch break. Would not even consider giving that up for anything lower than 40k.

yeh 20 grand for the year more after taxes is not a whole lot considering all the time u lose commuting and your life balance. plus the added stress. 40-50 k more would definitely motivate some people
