Idk where yall are from, but here in the Midwest, ants have beeen awful. You can be super clean and still have ants. My house was built the year of 1901. We are clean and still get bad ants here.

I'm not sure how u START your chicken, but if u start w cold water, slowly bring to boil, then SIMMER, it dsn't get tough. boiling quickly sets the meat fibers so they're a bit tuff. looks AWESOME!
