it has now been 16 days since signing my broadband contract with Origin, and I am still without an internet connection! The delays and lack of support have caused significant disruptions, impacting my work and, more critically, my child’s education. Despite countless calls and attempts to escalate the matter through various channels, the issues remain unresolved. I was last contacted on Friday morning, with assurances of “tangible actions.” However, there has been no progress or follow-up since. It is astonishing that in 2024, something as essential as internet connectivity could be delayed this long, with such minimal accountability from Origin team. Origin truly feels like the “ORIGIN of the problems”.
