If you think about it, 100 recipe’s is what usually goes into a recipe book so if you follow me you’re basically getting a cook book for free, but on your instagram feed instead (I think that’s a nice way to look at it haha) These Panko Poached Eggs are SO good. If you want to level up your breakfast then you need this recipe in your life. It was actually 8 years ago (not 6) that there was a cafe in Malvern called Servery and Spoon, I ALWAYS got their panko poached eggs. Then I went vegan for 6 years and kind of forgot about them. Well now this recipe is on repeat every couple of weeks because Panko Poached Eggs just slap so good every timeeee. Ingredients: * 2 eggs for poaching * 1 egg for egg wash * 2 tablespoon plain flour * ⅓ cup panko crumbs * 1 tablespoon white vinegar * 750 ml neutral oil for frying like sunflower, peanut, canola, vegetable etc I don’t have enough space here to write the full recipe.
