my son used to try and hold them in at school but he found it painful and they was worse when he did release so he just tics whenever now

My son has tics he try’s sometimes to hold them in but if he does the head jolting action he does instead hurts him so I tell him not to 🥰

Its horrible and when you finally relax you have a massive tic attack and sometimes it is painful but it is always uncomfortable

don't ever hold them in, they are what makes you, you 🥰 my daughter has minor tics and she makes us jump all the time 😅 I also never apologise for her having them x

I used to be able to hold them in for a short time, but now I can’t hold them at all.. as I’ve got older, unfortunately my tics have got worse! 😢

I have tourests and the feeling is strange I have many tik attacks and when I hold them in for to long I get porley or quiet tired and I go to sleep coz it drains me coz I feel scared to show them out
