not sure how true but I was taught by my grandma not to drink tumeric often as it thins your blood but very good for a cleanse especially during menstrual!

Honestly it’s amazing for you! But I would rather do anything else cause drinking this for me was torture .. it tasted so bad.. and I just couldn’t! But it’s super good for your health and skin
