The work you do is fantastic. You are the less angry Louis Rossman of mixers.

Do you do trade-ins? I have a tilt-head with a bunch of accessories, but would love to upgrade to a bigger lift model.

it looks like kitchen aid wants these to fail so you have to buy another one.

the upgrades you offer were taken off the mixer to save £1.50 in assembly. why they do this is beyond me.

I just found a kitchen aid mixer at the goodwill. I paid 5$ for it and used your videos to fix it

I wonder if KitchenAid is more accepting of their design flaws knowing this hero is out there making their machines work like they used to.

I didn't know you sell them with the upgrades already! My wife wants one, I told her only if she gets your upgrades! 😂

I feel like they changed the design to sell more units. I've had my mixer since 2013 and we haven't had any failures yet, though I know who I'll send it to when the time comes!

When my kitchenaid goes, I will be buying a Bosch. Kitchenaid isn’t nearly the quality they used to be.

Flyingjunkie :
They make them with plastic parts because they're designing them cheaper and they want them to break. money isn't in the sales, it's in the service.

Do you ship parts to Australia? I'm looking at getting a Kitchenaid soon and wanna make sure itll last as long as possible but shipping a whole mixer would be way to expensive
