@lesliecfitness: Have you been eating salad a lot and not losing weight!? 🤔 Most people think because they are eating a salad because it’s lettuce and has next to nothing calories to it , they will lose weight. BUT, then they load their salads with chicken, eggs, bacon, LOTS of cheese, and good amount of dressing… Which none of those foods are bad what do ever… But the amount of calories you Just added to your salad can be what is holding you back from seeing weight loss. A salad can EASILY turn into a meal that is 1,000+ calories! A few things you can do! 👇🏻 💜 making sure your not loading your salads. Know the calories to each item your putting into your salad so you know how many calories your eating for that meal. 💜 choose a better dressing. Low calorie option , or less dressing and watch your serving size and track the calories for that. A small amount of dressing can easily be 120 calories for one serving! It adds up quick!!! 💜 stop eating salads . You don’t NEED to eat salads to lose weight!
