Add 1 lb ground beef and break into pieces. Cook for 3 minutes until golden brown. Lower to medium heat, add stir fry veggies. Stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes until softened. Season with salt & black pepper, then pour in the sauce. Simmer on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
