My dad had Alzheimer’s and he was still working. One day he just stopped going. I found out my brilliant dad was only making copies all day everyday, they continued to pay him for years. A+ company.

Absolutely, I worked for a company for 26 years and when I got too expensive they replaced me with two new people for the same price. All the years I gave them meant nothing!

I was in LE & my partners gave me a hard time for using PTO but I didn't care. It was necessary for good mental health in a very stressful job.

As I near retirement,the #1 thing I learned working is you're not your job.Don't give 'free' hours, exhaust yourself mentally/physically, miss social events bc no matter the company u ARE replaceable.
