@Valerie Daugherty Roberts: I turned it on without the pot and it worked. So I cleaned the bottom of my crockpot (a little dust) and the pot it self(wet from cleaning it) now it’s working

check the screws in the bottom. mine did this and they were lose. used a needle nose pliers to tighten and it works fine now
