remember to only put stuff in your kit that you're certified to use (I appreciate that note from the OP). Throwing a tourniquet or chest seal on someone when you're not trained can get you in trouble.

Hello , the Finnish army uses those same pressure dressings 😂 But we are mainly trained to just use them as normal cloth to cover wounds
