Steam Deck uses windows steam wouldn’t work and Linux is to complicated for ur average user so pretty much anything pc gaming related steam deck rog or Lenovo all uses windows 10 and up

tunerpro rt will not make changes on the fly..you can make changes to bin. file then use other program to read/write.
