@akessonellen: If you’re doing all reps the same, are you really going heavy enough? Progressive overload is such a winning concept. Yes, you should put the training in blocks to get through plateaus etc but if you want to improve, you must challenge yourself, physically and mentally 🥰 Be careful with injuries of course and if you’re new to the gym, try to be objective about your capability at the moment but training too light for no reason is not it🧜🏼♀️
