I use it as per Barbara O’neill’s recommendation. A pea sized amount, twice a day for 3 weeks a month. The difference I’ve had over the last few months is insane.

oh I can vouch for that wasn't sleeping bight sweat so I covered the back of my knees with it I felt horrible the next day really low mood

I’ve been using for over a month now. Still have awful night sweats, insomnia and awful mood swings. I also drink sage tea and nothing is helping. Have to go back on Hrt I can’t take anymore 🥺
