This is the first time I’ve heard a dispatcher who’s truly sympathetic and kind/patient. As is the young terrified caller. So polite and asking all the right things. 😩♥️

i know I'm late. stayed on the search too long. I just noticed how he goes in and out of being confused. he told her where he was after she already knew and proceeded to forget where he was. poor guy
