And there often are no scheduled raises/steps/bonuses/etc. like other careers. I don’t remember the last time we got raises in my district due to budget issues teachers have no part in.

When I started teaching, we were promised steps and increases. Plus, someone at my step now was making $12,000 more than I'm making now.

Nggak cuma ijazah dan kerja, tapi proses. Bagaimana problem solving, menghargai, etika moral, banyak.
