Meditation has completely transformed my life but it’s important to know how to use it to your advantage.  Meditation is really the most pure and direct way that you can get in touch with yourself. It has been proven many times to reduce stress and cortisol levels as well as inflammation. It has also been proven to help lengthen our attention span, enhance self-awareness and reduce symptoms of several mental illnesses as well as improve our overall emotional health and wellbeing. What interests me the most is how meditating can help to create our reality and shape the inner landscape of our subconscious mind. There is more and more incredible research coming out on nueroplasticity and the biochemistry of belief or how beliefs can physically change our body, how we age and even the way we look. Inspired by this research and everything I have learned over the years, I have been creating my own meditations. Those of you who are part of the Beauty Essentials Community will have experienced the meditation on beauty and self-esteem that was the end result of years of research, experimentation and self discovery. I recently created own sleep meditation using everything I have learned about visualization, hypnosis and sound healing to use on a trip away. I am rarely apart from my husband and I was worried that I would struggle to sleep alone, having not done so for so long. Well, it worked… I got the best sleep score on my @ouraring app that I have ever received. I have been listening to my sleep meditation every night since and am already noticing the manifestation aspects I included in the meditation taking effect in my life. I am currently working on creating a holistic pack of meditations and I am extremely excited to share them.
