@patricklee_msia: Did you know Shah Alam has a forest where wildlife have been seen inside? The Shah Alam Community Forest (SACF) is a 430-acre rainforest located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. A selectively logged lowland rainforest, it forms a critical ecological corridor linking the two remaining patches of Bukit Cerakah forest reserve: Subang Dam water catchment forest and Taman Botani Shah Alam, both of which are believed to still have the endangered Malayan Tapir, among other threatened species. A small group of enthusiasts known as the SACF Society are now working to save this urban jungle, which they fear is at risk of commercial development.
