Beef Rib Ramen 🍜⬇️ 1 handful cilantro 2 tbsp neutral oil 2 limes 4 stalks scallion 4 eggs 4lb beef back ribs 2 tbsp whole black pepper corns 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 quarts beef bone broth 16 oz somen noodles (ramen) Steps For the Ribs 1. Set oven to 450F, cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil. 2. Separate your 4lb beef back ribs 3. Rub the beef back with 2 tbsp neutral oil, salt lightly 4. Roast in oven for ~45mins. Or until nice browning. For the toppings 1. Chop all them toppings, set aside. 2. Boil water, when water boils, place 4 eggs, cook for 6-7 mins. 3. After time, pour out water, set eggs aside to cool. Combining Everything 1. Take the ribs out, add them to your large pot. Don’t let the fat get into the pot, it’ll make the sauce too fatty. 2. Add 4 quarts beef bone broth to the ribs and set the pot over medium-high heat. Arrange the ribs so they’re submerged. 1. This is double concentrating flavors. 3. Add in 2 tbsp whole black pepper corns and the white part of the 4 scallions. Reduce 1. Bring the bone broth to a boil, then 2. Turn heat down to medium or medium low, simmer the liquid or 40-45 mins. Or until, 1 cup of volume gone, leave uncovered. 3. Once broth has reduced down to liking, adjust for salt. For the Noodles 1. Bring the small pot back. Add 2 splashes of soy sauce, bring water to boil. 2. Eggs: if eggs are cool, remove their shells, cut them in half. 3. When water boils, add ramen noodles in, kill heat. Let noodles hang for 3-4 mins. 4. Extract noodles out, place into bowl! Finishing 1. Place meat, green scallion slices, and cilantro onto noodles in bowl. 2. Pour broth until the noodles are 3/4th covered. Add egg on top. 3. Add more scallions on top for garnish! #beefribramen #mealprep #highprotein #ramen #beeframen
