@mollysringlets: this is why I’ll never follow CGM 👀🫠 ✨ all credit for this reel goes to @wavycurly who created the inspo for this reel which resonated with me 🥰 🤷‍♀️ when I first started looking after my curls I was over-faced with all the ‘rules’ some of the CGM rules: ‼️ diffusing on high heat and speed regularly (I don’t have time to use the cold settings all the time!) ‼️ avoid silicones (I love using a shampoo with silicones once in a while and find that I get great results with it, though I wouldn’t use it every washday) ‼️ low-poo or co-wash. no thanks. 🔐 I use brushes, I use heat, I straighten my hair once a year, I sometimes use silicones, I sometimes forget my heat protectant, I never co-wash, and much more. everyone’s curly hair is different and what works for some might not work for you. the fun of it is to play around with the techniques and products! ✨ this is your sign to try something new on your next washday! it might just turn out that it’s what your curls have been needing if you have any questions then leave a comment and I’ll reply asap 🥰 #curlyhair #curlyhairtips #3acurls #curlygirl #curlyhairroutine #curls #curly #washday
