If it’s strained it’s actually a "beurre nantais", beurre blanc is not strained (I prefer it not strained). Source: I’m from Nantes where beurre blanc/nantais is from

I've never seen a beurre blanc that rich and creamy before. Even on chef shows it's always looked so much more watery
