@shellydoesdiy: HERE👇🏽 Nightstand pairs can be very difficult to find so I challenged myself to build my own. I had everything but the drawer tracks and handles so they were very affordable for me to make. I’m still kind of shocked with the end result, but thrilled to report that 11 months later, they have not warped (as I was told they would) and are still in perfect condition in my guest bedroom. Here’s how I did it ⤵️ 1. Build the box and drawers out of 3/4” plywood (back is 1/4” plywood) 2. Screw on base cut out of 2”x2” scrap wood 3. Add drawer tracks 4. Cover seams with edge banding 5. Add rattan to drawers using very thin layer of wood glue 6. Painted them with my sprayer 7. Brushed on glaze using chip brush 8. Alternated deck brush and broom until I had the look I wanted 9.
