make sure when you're using the vacuum that the light on the vacuum head is green, not red. if it's green, the brush roll is spinning. if it's red, the brush roll is not spinning 😊

I had one of them it was amazing and then stopped working and they wouldn't fix it for me 😢 had it less then a year!

When you’re on carpet you have to switch it to carpet and turn the suctions to minimum if it’s red it’s not spinning
