If you are… Take a second to read this post. 🩷 Repeating workout was something, I never really understood and thought was ridiculous To be honest with you! I was a girl who wanted to do something different every single day… Until I wasn’t. The second I really wanted to see definition in my legs, glutes, back, shoulders, really, just all around was the second I knew I needed to change! Progressive overload training means you will put an amount of overload on your muscles time and time again! You will be putting overload on your muscle fibers, causing them to break down and grow back bigger and stronger! In order to lift successfully in this matter….you have to make sure you are tracking your weight in the gym, following the same workout plan, and trusting the process! It can become boring at times. I totally understand that… But the second you start to pick up heavier weights and see your body change I promise it’s not boring. 🩷 all my programs are found in my bio!
