Its mostly just the camera switching lighting. If you cover the sweatshirt you can see the coloring on your face still changes

That is considered a warm blue- typically called ‘cobalt’. You are absolutely a Spring color palette- the blue is better on you than the grey. The grey is a cooler tone than the blue. Try raspberry.
