could the Marda Loop BIA maybe look into a community shuttle for the summer, like so ppl could park a bit further away and shuttle into the community to access 33/34th?

I live near Marda Loop but avoid it at all costs because of the all year construction. I feel for the small businesses and those living there. couldn't imagine trying to navigate that daily. 😭

Isn’t even Marda loop anymore. Moved here in 2021 and I loved it. It’s gone significantly down hill since and I don’t even step foot on 33rd ave anymore it’s so bad. Feel so bad for the businesses.

As someone living in Marda Loop- now more than ever Ive realized how important shopping in my local area is. Fortunately I can walk but will avoid driving anywhere if I can. 🤦🏼♀️

Live here and love it . The construction is annoying but compounding the problem is the condo construction. Can’t we have a moratorium on condos until the infrastructure is done ?

Same with 4ave flyover - close to one lane a major roadway to downtown with out any workers working …. Maybe force a 24hr repairs for major impactful areas

I live a block away. I’m pleased that this vintage neighbourhood will be a place where people can gather. The road closures are well managed.

I live in marda loop. I’m very glad they’re re-doing the whole streetscape, it really needs it. The parking complaints are ridiculous. There is still too much parking in marda loop!

I moved from there a few years ago and now it’s just insane the amount of new apartment buildings and constant construction. I’d hate to live there again
