I have it and it is AWFUL! It’s also all mammalian meat products-including gelatin, dairy, -and it’s even found in carrageenan! I’m literally STARVING! 🥺

I have it too and I’m gluten free. 😭 Also worked at edible arrangements and developed allergies to pineapple, melon, and kiwi. Life is life-ing 🥹

I have this. It makes me throw up pork and beef I’m iffy with. Supposedly it’ll go away eventually. Lots of people around here have it.

Alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) is caused by a bite from the lone star tick. It’s characterized by an allergy to alpha-gal, a sugar molecule present in mammal meats (beef, pork, etc.), dairy, and gelatine.

There’s a doctor who does a procedure in Louisville KY that might be able to help Alpha Gal. All I know is, it’s like a ear piercing 👂 and over time the allergies lessen.
