@therealramzy: Wholesome encounter at the gym this week 🙌🏽 Waddy ( I think I spelling it right 😅) saw me doing HSPU and was impressed but couldn’t speak too much English so sat and watched but I could tell he wanted to try 🤩 He had a couple goes and just couldn’t get fully extended so I did my best to explain what he needed to do. The smile on his face after first trying and then actually getting the press was priceless 😁 Even tho my Bahasa is limited and his English wasn’t great we still had him upside down and he probably had the most awesome day because he was able to surpass his limits 👌🏼 Sometimes training and progress can be very lonely which can have negative effects even on me but having encounters like this brings back the pure joy and community of training 💯 It doesn’t matter where you’re from or who you are Cali has the ability to bring us all together 🙌🏽 #wholesomeedits #hspu #calisthenicsworldwide
