Fun fact, hot sauce doesn’t actually have an expiration date. The plastic bottle has an expiration date before it starts leaking into the hot sauce.

I bought the Underwood Ranches Sriracha from Amazon. It's from the same peppers from the original farm. Definitely 🔥 the 'new' sriracha is nasty
