It is my preferred bread of choice for egg sandwiches 😋 Growing up my gram would either make me pancakes or an egg sandwich on a biscuit for breakfast when I’d stay over with them. 🥰 When I started using fresh milled flour, biscuits were one of the first things I tried and it’s been an uphill battle ever since. 😂 I just can’t find something I really love.. these have been the closest though! Cut th dough with a sharp knife instead of pressing with a cup. It will help your edges rise better.

When I make AP biscuits I use 1 stick of butter to 2 cups of flour. Maybe that would work. I’m on the tweaking side of making my biscuit recipe with FMF. Please post if you figure it out because right now I’m frustrated.
