i experienced this 8 months ago. rested, did physio and it go better. however 2 months back i did an MRI scan due to a dull pain that comes after exercising. found out theres BME with a cyst on it.

Hi Doc, I had this in Jan this year, sprained my left ankle ligament. Gg Doc. Now I am still recovering. No running no futsal. Usually how long do I wait? 6 months from injury date?
