I live with 3 of my friends and all of us have ADHD so we agree a time 10 minutes before we actually have to leave 😂 most of the time we just make it 😂

My AdHD husband manages panic leave by having 3 bags he takes everywhere which are full of literally everything - medicines,books,money,passport I mean everything that is important in his life 😂

I have a list in my head for leaving the house, and I repeated it over the years so often whenever I left my home. It even contains Things I do not need anymore, like cigarettes or glasses 😅

Every day before work! Then time paralysis as I try to self sooth the anxiety by double checking the cat has water, the tap is off & the door is locked 11 times! 😅
