@the_boujee.foodie: Glazed Pork Belly Skewers, Fennel Puree and Red Cabbage Caviar 💜 🌸 This is the tastiest mobile skewer on the go and you can’t fault the delicious glaze so delicious and glossy like my lips 💋 Sauce is a reduction of beef stock, soy, brown sugar babe (D’Angelo Voice), star anise (my fave), cracked pepper and a dash of balsamic vinegar to pucker you up. A fennel puree, browned in the pan with garlic then cooked in vegetable stock before a quick puree to smooth things over. Toasted pine nuts and extra fennel to bring out the aniseed.
