There are different type of hialuronic acid clasified by their reticulation(viscosity/hardness) the more reticulated last longer is harder and stable and the less reticulated is softer and attracts ⬇️

Sounds like you had a bad injector. She should have used biostimulator to start and to build up collagen then tweak with filler

More of these providers NEED to dilute the hylanex dissolver with lidocaine. Mine did that for me to avoid the pain
