I’m a yoga instructor at my university’s rec center. I’m so thankful that we are allowed to lock the studio doors and that you cannot see through the glass for this exact reason ‼️

Similar thing happened at my Pilates class, a strange man put his whole body against the window and was watching us from outside. So scary because it was night and there were only a few of us 😭

I was in an all woman workout class that is right on Main Street in my hometown & there is one window in the studio & a man stood outside & watch for like 2 minutes until our instructor yelled at him

At my pilates studio in Denver, the instructor locks the studio doors about five minutes after starting class because in the past they’ve had a lot of similar problems to this

Unless someone is working front desk, instructors should always lock the door during a work out when they cannot monitor who comes in & out
