Most people with adhd are vitmain d deficient Once I got my levels back up I had that same affect! I feel like I can do anything now! My mind is so quiet as well! Look into getting your levels checked

Any thing I can use natural to help? Other than pills I don’t want to be medicated I took myself off when I was 18(now 21) but I have such a hard time focusing or getting things done anymore
