@painacademy: I have 3 simple exercise to help you begin restoring hip function: 1. Neutral Position Hip Rotations: This first exercise focuses on activating the muscles around the hips that help the hip rotate. The smoother your hips rotate, the smoother movement will feel for you.
 2. Foot Function: The second exercise aims to improve the mechanics of how the foot moves. By optimizing foot movement, this exercise indirectly supports the knees and hips with each step, which can lead to significant improvements in how the hips move and feel.
 3. Hip Synchronizers: The third exercise teaches both hips to rotate in opposite directions, a movement that occurs naturally with each step. This coordination helps in promoting balance and reducing strain during walking. Notice how the pelvis and lower back naturally ‘sync’ up and move as the hips rotate.
