@confidentlyuna: Dating shouldn’t be hard. Or painful. Or triggering. So why does it often feel that way? For me, the answer was because I wasn’t dating, I was doing. I was doing things that I thought would be make me easier to love and be chosen by a man and it didn’t matter if I genuinely liked him or not, I was triggered into acting a certain way. I was leading from a craving for security and validation that I now know can only come from within - when we fall in love with ourselves first 🫀 Only then can we decenter men. Only then can we date with confidence. Only then do we have healthy boundaries and the strength and willingness to walk away when they are crossed. Only then can we attract the RIGHT person for you from a place of HEALING, TRUTH, MUTUAL RESPECT, FUN, PASSION & HEALTY COMPATIBILITY.
