This is the simplest thing to get around if you simply rotate your bananas out. I just buy new bananas when I have a couple left and put the old ones on top of the fridge where it's warmer.

In everything ive read, you should only oven ripen already yellow bananas and specifically not green bananas

When I made a banana with the oven ripening method it came out crunchy and not sweet. I added no nuts btw 😐
