Who says chicken can’t kick it up a notch? 😎🍗 INGREDIENTS 500g Chicken Tenderloins 75g Plain Flour 2whole Eggs 120ml Milk 120g Cornflakes, crushed. 50g Grated Parmesan Cheese Cooking Spray, Seasoning DIP 100g Cream Cheese, soften. 50g Chilli Sauce HOW TO 1. Pre-heat oven 180c fan-forced, in 3 different bowls 1st one whisk together egg & milk, 2nd bowl flour and 3rd bowl cornflakes with parmesan cheese. 2. Flour the chicken tenderloins, place in egg mixture, and finish off in the cornflakes. 3. Place in oven to bake for 25-30minutes, use baking spray on top of the chicken 4.
