Mucinex when ovulating, take magnesium! Also I took Alani Balance supplement when on your period! If you do get pregnant you’ll have to stop balance! It truly worked for me.but ended up with triplets

I don’t know if you enjoy reading but there is a book called the Salt Fix by James Dinicolatonio that supports a higher salt diet to help with conceiving and reduce pregnancy complications

Ask your doctor about the bacteria called Ureaplasma that can cause infertility. Ask to be tested for it. If your test comes back positive, you & your husband could take antibiotics to clear this up.

Look into hsg ultrasound in case your falopian tubes are blocked! That’s what happened with me and we got pregnant the week after!

If they check your thyroid make sure they do a full panel for T3 and T4 not just TSH. My TSH was in range but once I pushed for the full panel we uncovered that I had hypothyroidism.
