lid is correct! yay glad you’re using a scale! mixing it in a separate bowl and putting it into a jar is gonna get redundant, because it’s gonna get sticky and sourdough dishes are exhausting

Still not sure why you’re doing 1:2:2, ratio is 1:1:1 🩷🩷🩷 until your starter is established then you can do 1:2:2 even 1:6:6 etc to make as much as you need for baking

I would weigh your jar empty, just pull out what you don’t want so that you’re left with 20g and to save on flour feed it a 1:1:1. You can bulk feed it like 1:5:5 when you’re ready to bake.

For your lid use a coffee filter and sectit with a rubber band! It worked for me:)
