I don’t know what he’s eating but it’s not uncommon for some dogs to have an allergy to chicken!

give him a antihistamine like hay-fever tablet. also you can put antiseptic sudcream and maybe a sock over it

Could be a yeast but he might be abit too young to get yeast infections yet 😩 have you checked it? He will end up making it sore if he keeps going at it!🥺 Try a cone for a little bit

go on Amazon and look for allergy aid i use pet purest and do put a cone so he doesn't make it infected

Maybe it's grass mites, rub his paws with coconut oil, that should be the cheapest alternative

If it’s the same paw take him to the vet. If it changes paw to paw it could be an allergy or gut health is paw but it’s just the one take him to the vet

It’s likely to be allergy, I struggled a lot with my puppy and in the end had to have tolerance tests done, could be his food, treats or anything you’ve used in the garden or mopped your floors with
