FRANKIEEEEEEE :
225g salted butter 120g of graduated sugar 320g plain flour mix until it's dough then press into a ball, cut half off and put it in the tin as the base cook for 15min 170fan then 230g frozen raspberries 150g raspberry jam 60g graduated sugar 3tbsp of plain flour 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice mix then spread on the base then add the rest of the dough ontop then cook for 35min 170 fan

I made this a couple weeks ago and I still think about it😍 I used fresh raspberries though, and also to everyone impatient like me, it's important that it cools completely before cutting 😄
